Head Chef
Our head chef, Mrs. Sumalai Phuhongsoong was raised and trained in Thailand. Mrs Sumalai previously worked at the prestigious Narai Hotel in central Bangkok for over 9 years. Her assistant, Kim, also worked with her. We were overjoyed when both accepted our offer of work. Mrs. Sumalai has the position of head chef for her experience in all aspect of culinary arts, professional abilities and innate creativity.
